Strong understanding of the global startup market, emerging technologies. You're genuinely interested in new tech and AI.
Strong knowledge of design and engineering roles – you know what makes a great designer or engineer.
Advanced English skills - you can confidently communicate with US-based clients and candidates.
Ability to work with US EST time zone
