Past experience providing social media services for beauty services and treatments within the beauty industry Interest in the beauty industry Basic graphic design and video editing skills; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Familiarity with content calendar management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later). Strong copywriting skills that reflect customer voice and engage audiences. Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software.

Core responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation & Posting: Develop, curate, and post engaging content on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual standards. Basic Design & Video Editing: Create basic graphic designs and edit short videos for social media posts and stories using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar. Social Media Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a detailed social media calendar that aligns with marketing goals and product launches, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. Customer Voice-Aligned Content: Draft blog posts and social media captions that resonate with our audience, reflecting their interests, language, and needs. Trend Monitoring & Engagement: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, engage with followers, and identify opportunities to increase brand reach and engagement. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on content performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
