Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2.5 years of drafting or CAD design experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or architecture.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) with a solid grasp of drafting principles and techniques.
Experience creating Bills of Materials (BOM) or Material Take-Offs (MTO) for structural steel projects (similar experience considered).
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes and regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings, schematics, and material specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse project teams.
