Job description

Jobgenix is a privately owned Professional firm in South Florida serving clients nationwide. We have an immediate opening for a Remote Commercial Support Lead. The role will encompass leading and supporting investment due diligence and presenting the findings, portfolio management, and marketing the team’s capabilities and intellectual capital to current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate execution of the commercial strategy set by the Zone Leader; collaborating closely with Investment Directors, DS Sales Channels, Sales Support Leader in the opposing region, and Consultants to drive profitable revenue growth and client retention.
  • Support the pitch team internally through oversight and review of sales; maximizing Investment Director’s ability to spend time with clients.
  • Resolve pricing questions.
  • Central owner of core Mercer Alternatives sales and Go to Market collateral and content for the zone across the continuum; collaborating closely with the Educational Lead to encapsulate relevant asset class intellectual capital, and best ideas to improve quality and findability of content.
  • Manage the Go/No Go process (including prioritization) by liaising with relevant Budget Owners to include them in capacity planning requirements.
  • Coordinate business development units to facilitate the completion of RFP’s.
  • Liaise with Compliance to approve outward-facing documents.
  • Improve reporting of the MercerForce pipeline by ensuring data is complete, accurate, and valid and that sales credits/team members are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure all requests from the Field are included within MercerForce (facilitating the Go/No Go)
  • Own presentation of dashboards to Zone Leaders on a recurring basis; in addition to Investment Directors for their region/segment. 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or other business-related areas
  • 6+ years of experience within Alternative Investments (investment due diligence experience is a must)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
