KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage a schedule and caseload that includes intakes, individual sessions, and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model.
  • Document clients’ progress, using outcome measures, clinical decision making, remote monitoring data, and client feedback.
  • Proactively engage in community relations activities as needed.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • General Experience: Two (2) years of addiction counseling / therapy experience required. Minimum two (2)  years of experience completing client intakes, and leading individual and group therapy in an SUD setting.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Licensing: An active behavioral health licensure in either or both Oregon or California, including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III with ability and willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to conduct virtual meetings and supervision sessions. 
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
