This is a remote position.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance the company's positive reputation through exceptional customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install technology solutions for clients.
Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support client networks, equipment, software, and related services.
Identify user problems and remediate them using a structured problem management and resolution process.
Collaborate with internal and external resources and vendors to deliver effective support services.
Identify, document, and troubleshoot user computing issues to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilize best-in-class PSA, RMM, and other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver onsite and remote user support services.
Accurately document all activities conducted in service tickets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Managed Service Provider.
Expertise in server installation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in workstation installation and troubleshooting.
Experience with switches and firewalls, including installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 implementation and management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure implementation and management.
Experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, or IT Glue (preferred but open to other ticketing and RMM tools).
