Senior Kitchen Designer & Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Senior Kitchen Designer & Interior Designer** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury kitchen and bath design, including expertise in CAD renderings and space programming. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring exceptional design concepts to life, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and sophistication.

- Lead the design and development of luxury kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion.

- Create detailed, high-quality **CAD renderings** and **3D visualizations** to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

- Conduct **space programming** to optimize functionality and flow in kitchen and bath spaces.Including furniture and hard finishes -ID set

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.

- Select materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring that all design elements align with client preferences and project goals.

- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets,pricing, presentations, numbered drawings ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the design process.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and building codes, delivering the highest level of craftsmanship in every project.

- Stay current on design trends, products, and innovations in the luxury kitchen and bath industry.-

Requirements

- **5+ years of experience** in kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects.

- Proficiency in **CAD software** (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and **3D rendering** programs.

- Strong knowledge of **space planning** and **programming** for functional kitchen and bath designs.

- Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clients.

- Expertise in sourcing luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures.

- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- **Certified by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA)** or other relevant design certifications.
