Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Management & Ad Operations Specialist.  TThis role focuses on managing media partner contact databases, ensuring ad content versions are accurate, and coordinating the execution of ad campaigns. You will NOT be responsible for creating ads, but will ensure their smooth operation and delivery.


Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

Must-Have:

  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Ability to manage outreach and follow-ups with external vendors.
  • Comfortable following detailed briefs and managing repetitive, process-driven tasks with no errors.

Core Tasks:

  • Obtain production contacts from internal systems (ADVendio, spreadsheets) and traffic leads.
  • Conduct professional outreach via email/Google Forms to confirm and update partner contact details.
  • Build and maintain a centralized, organized .csv contact database for media partners.
  • Perform semi-annual or annual contact refreshes.
  • Adapt approved advertising scripts for various geographic locations and audience segments, maintaining clear version control through spreadsheet systems.
  • Adapt scripts to campaign specs and distribute finalized versions to the right media partners.
  • Maintain distribution records and escalate any partner requests to the traffic lead.
  • Input and update media plan data in ADVendio following internal briefs.
  • Set campaigns live, generate insertion orders (IOs), and perform monthly delivery updates (DI Post Logs) based on actual impressions and rates.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ADVendio or other CRM/media buying platforms.
  • Familiarity with podcasting, radio, or digital audio media.
  • Experience managing creative assets or trafficking ad content.
  • Understanding of media planning and delivery metrics.
