Our model has demonstrated real impact, including a 58% reduction in emergency department visits and a 29% reduction in hospital admissions.
At Pair Team, we’re not just delivering care—we’re building the future of a more equitable, community-rooted Medicaid system.

In this role, you will:
This is a high-impact role for an engineer who cares as much about user experience and accessibility as they do about code quality—building software that not only looks and feels great, but directly improves access to care for people who need it most.
