Staff Business Systems Analyst, Agentic Systems

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in agentic systems and automation solutions. You will partner closely with diverse business groups to identify pain points and explore opportunities where agentic and automation technologies can deliver measurable value. You will gather, document, manage requirements, facilitate prioritization, facilitate communications between stakeholders and our India, Costa Rica, and Israel based delivery teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will perform light hands-on tasks using the Workato platform for straightforward automation use cases.

What will you do?

• Engage proactively with various business units to deeply understand current processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through agentic and automation technologies.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team in India, Costa Rica, and Israel ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Conduct and facilitate project status meetings, communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform light hands-on development and configuration tasks within the Workato platform to deliver straightforward automation solutions.

What skills and experience should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically in business process improvement, automation, or related roles.

• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven experience managing projects, timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand and evaluate business processes and propose relevant agentic or automation solutions.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience and familiarity with agentic systems, AI-powered automation, and related technologies.
• Prior experience with Workato or similar integration and automation platforms.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
