Revive Media is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Lead, Digital Advertising Operations to join our team.

As a Senior Account Lead, you bring deep expertise in digital campaign deployment and a passion for operational excellence. You’re a systems thinker who thrives on precision, clarity, and building scalable processes—and you know how to inspire that in others. You will play a pivotal role in leading complex campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, YouTube TV, and other major platforms, while guiding a team of skilled operators to consistently deliver at the highest standard.

You are both detail-obsessed and big-picture minded, capable of steering high-stakes projects and mentoring junior talent along the way. You’re energized by the opportunity to work cross-functionally across Account Strategy, Product, and Performance teams, acting as both a tactical executor and a strategic collaborator. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Deployment Leadership: Oversee the deployment of complex ad campaigns through the Portal tool, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail across all platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, YouTube TV, Roku, Prime Video).
  • Creative Trafficking & Troubleshooting: Manage and review the trafficking of creatives to ensure that all ad formats and placements are correctly configured. Lead the troubleshooting of any post-launch creative issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Campaign Checks: Ensure that campaigns undergo thorough QA processes prior to launch, reviewing targeting, creative, and tracking elements for accuracy. Monitor campaigns post-launch and address any issues that arise within the first 2-3 days.
  • Collaboration & Handover: Lead the seamless handover of campaigns to the Performance team once they are live, ensuring any campaign revisions, renewals, or creative swaps are handled efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Take responsibility for training and mentoring junior and mid-level team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively. Provide guidance on advanced campaign deployment, trafficking, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the workflow and campaign execution processes. Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Performance, Product, and Account Strategy) to refine best practices and streamline operations.
  • Special Projects & Initiatives: Take the lead on special projects related to campaign operations, such as the integration of new tools, processes, or the optimization of campaign workflows. Contribute to the development of internal processes and policies for greater efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental stakeholders, including Account Strategy teams, Performance teams, Creative teams, and Product teams. Ensure communication is clear and effective for any post-launch revisions, renewals, or issues that arise.
  • Strategic Collaboration with Account Strategy: Collaborate with the Account Strategy team to ensure that client campaigns are executed flawlessly. Provide feedback and insight to the Account Strategy team about client goals, potential roadblocks, and areas for improvement, ensuring a smooth communication flow between the teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or media operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Advanced knowledge of ad trafficking and quality assurance best practices, with expertise in ad server tools (e.g., Flashtalking, Adform, Innovid).
  • Extensive experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, Google DV360, YouTube TV, Roku, Prime Video), as well as OTT/OLV.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization in the campaign deployment lifecycle.

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $105,000-$120,000. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
