Job Requirements: 

  • Experience: 2.5-5 years in a similar executive assistant role, preferably with real estate, property management, or leasing experience. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Cozy, Appfolio, and photo-editing tools.
  • Marketing Experience: Skills in creating marketing materials, virtual staging, and improving photo quality for social media and listings. 
  • Highly Organized: Strong multitasking abilities to manage both personal and professional tasks. 
  • Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English, with Spanish being a plus. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality output in document preparation, data input, and visual content enhancement.

Core responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendar, handle email correspondence, input data into Excel, and update listings. 
  • Event & Travel Planning: Coordinate schedules, book travel, and organize events for both personal and client needs, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently. 
  • Vendor Research & Procurement: Source vendors and negotiate deals for events or projects, ensuring cost-efficiency. 
  • Property Management & Real Estate: Support with leasing, managing property listings on Appfolio and Apartments.com, and handling tenant inquiries. 
  • Marketing & Visual Content: Create flyers, perform virtual staging, edit and enhance photos, and assist with social media posts for real estate listings.
  • Project & Task Management: Use platforms like Asana and Cozy to track project timelines, deadlines, and updates.
