Shift:               Business Hours (Mon – Fri)
Pay Rates:       $23.00/hr. to $23.52/hr.

Description:

This is an entry-level recruiting role designed to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment.

Level I (0-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE); JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creates comprehensive search assignments ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities business requirements and talent gaps
Develops and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers HR Business Partners vendors and associates to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
Leverages resources to identify and recruit top talent
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert Recruiting partner to ensure best practices and effective methods are in place
Identifies and manage comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates
Manages the on-going development and utilization of a competitive talent bench to identify and fill positions faster with highly qualified pre-identified talent • Provides counsel and guidance to Hiring Managers to ensure adherence to consistent practices and procedures in support of identifies and selecting top quality talent
Partners with management to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies
Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with applicable state and federal laws
Prior Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and/or Supply Chain / Operations recruitment experience
Knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including search strategy sourcing engagement qualification assessment and candidate relationship management
possess the ability to influence as a strategic consultant
Deep internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
Previous experience in working in managing candidates via an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Communications Marketing or other related discipline strongly preferred-
