Job description

Job Title:         Recruiter
Location:         Remote
Duration:         02 months Contract
Shift:                Business Hours (Mon – Fri)
Pay Rates:       $23.00/hr. to $23.52/hr.
 
Description:
  • This is an entry-level recruiting role designed to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with high-volume recruiting activities
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Take detailed interview notes
  • Serve as a candidate-facing point of contact
  • Maintain organized documentation and candidate tracking
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and coordination

Level I (0-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE); JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Creates comprehensive search assignments ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities business requirements and talent gaps
  • Develops and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers HR Business Partners vendors and associates to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
  • Leverages resources to identify and recruit top talent
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert Recruiting partner to ensure best practices and effective methods are in place
  • Identifies and manage comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates
  • Manages the on-going development and utilization of a competitive talent bench to identify and fill positions faster with highly qualified pre-identified talent • Provides counsel and guidance to Hiring Managers to ensure adherence to consistent practices and procedures in support of identifies and selecting top quality talent
  • Partners with management to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies
  • Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with applicable state and federal laws
  • Prior Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and/or Supply Chain / Operations recruitment experience
  • Knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including search strategy sourcing engagement qualification assessment and candidate relationship management
  • possess the ability to influence as a strategic consultant
  • Deep internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
  • Previous experience in working in managing candidates via an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Communications Marketing or other related discipline strongly preferred-
