Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Client Coordinator Manager to lead our client coordination efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in international sales, lead generation, business development, and client account management. As a manager, you will oversee the creation of innovative lead-generation strategies, nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your strategic leadership will play a critical role in driving our company’s success.




Requirements

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to generate high-quality leads internationally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s global footprint.
  • Mentor and guide the team in developing a robust and consistent lead pipeline.

Lead Nurturing and Deal Closing:

  • Supervise the lead-nurturing process, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
  • Coach the team on building strong client relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Guide negotiations and oversee the closing of deals that meet both client and company objectives.

Business Development:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand into new market segments and improve market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business offerings with market demands and client feedback.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to innovate our business approach.

Account and Client Management:

  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure swift resolutions.
  • Lead client performance reviews, providing actionable insights and tailored solutions.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients by aligning their business goals with our services.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Extensive 2+ years of experience in international sales, business development, and account management.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving team success.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of global markets and cultural nuances (preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends, and develop innovative strategies.
