The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) seeks a Marketing Operations Associate to join our Membership department!
Working across the Advancement Office and other AAAS organizations, the Marketing Operations Associate (MOA) will implement and ensure best of class member engagement and marketing activities. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Member Experience and Marketing Operations, the MOA supports the marketing operations for ASU and other institutional license membership programs, email deployment, membership renewals and acquisitions, annual meetings, partner benefits, and other marketing operation activities. Supports copy writing for ASU and other Institutional Partnerships working closely with the Senior Manager of Institutional Partnerships. Reports on and analyzes metrics to improve marketing campaigns working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy and Operations.

The anticipated initial rate of compensation for this position is $76,000 – $82,000 per year. AAAS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, each subject to the terms of the applicable program. Additional benefits may apply.
Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of AAAS and will be based on a variety of factors, including years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant factors.
