The roles provide thought leadership and analytical support to the Customer, Bottler, and OBPPC teams to drive short and long-term retail and promotional strategy. This requires a holistic business understanding, analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership, and strong influencing skills.
What You’ll Do for Us
Set 3-to-5-year long term retail and promo strategy to drive optimal promotional effectiveness and achieve growth ambition
Lead team and key stakeholders, bottling partners, customer teams, and OBPPC, to translate strategic initiatives into direct actions in the marketplace
Collaborate with stakeholders and capabilities teams to expand key frameworks, driving adoption and benchmarking, i.e. alignment on KPIs for TPO pillars, creation of Trade Efficiency framework, etc.
Effectively leverage new digital tools (i.e. TPO 2.0, PriceMap, Post event analysis tool (PEAT)) to enhance short-term actions and long-term strategy
Develop impactful and forward-thinking insights for system, customer, and category-level business performance and opportunities, including industry/economic analysis, trend identification and impact sizing, and ad-hoc analysis.
Manipulate and analyze large, disparate data sets to distill actionable insights from data and convey findings to executive audiences

Capability building: we develop and build RGM talent within the RGM team and across the organization to bring in future talent.
KEY KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Analytics & Financials: ability to draw insights and actions from data.
Pricing & Promotions: understanding of rate/mix drivers and promotional impact on overall rate; multi-year and in-year strategies to accelerate revenue, profit, and growth.
Change Management: demonstrates innovation & creativity to develop novel business solutions; ability to influence/gain alignment across divergent perspectives.
Education and Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or other Advanced Degree a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience required.
