Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries through the CRM platform.
Assist customers with bookings, payment issues, travel disruptions, and ticket confirmations.
Troubleshoot problems and offer clear, actionable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, etc.) when needed to resolve cases.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
Days Off: 2 days per week (depending on the manpower)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred.
Only Thai nationals are eligible to apply.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of tourism is a plus.
Experience in Customer support or OTA.
Experience with Zendesk and Slack.
