Location: San Marcos, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

As a Psychologist at [Your Company Name], you'll work with individuals, couples, or families across the lifespan, using a variety of clinical approaches tailored to each client’s needs. You'll have the freedom to focus on the work you love while we take care of the rest.

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Deliver individual, couples, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and monitor client-centered treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care and support
  • Engage in regular clinical consultations and optional trainings

Requirements

  • Are a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
  • Have strong experience in providing individual or group therapy
  • Are passionate about client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
  • Feel confident using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
