Your new responsibilities

 

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
  • Provide standard reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members
  • Email and phone support for employee inquiries


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related subject
  • Experience in supporting HR related topics for NAFTA regions will be added advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Able to fit into flexible working environment with readiness to work night shift (9pm-5am)
  • Strong PC skills; Microsoft Office & HR system experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work from home independently, managing tasks effectively without constant supervision 
  • Proactively identify and address potential HR issues 
  • Take the initiative to propose and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.
  • A self-motivated and self-disciplined attitude, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
