This role:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Operations Manager with a strong focus on Sales Operations to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. This role is critical to aligning strategy, tools, and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — with an emphasis on supporting the sales organization. You will drive operational excellence, improve data integrity, and partner with cross-functional leaders to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations LeadershipOptimize and manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, and territory planningServe as the primary partner to sales leadership for performance tracking, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational support.Own and evolve the sales tech stack (CRM, enablement tools, reporting platforms) to ensure usability and adoption.
Revenue Insights & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support sales and revenue leadership in decision-making.Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and other KPIs.Ensure data quality and consistency across systems to support accurate forecasting and business planning.Collaborate with leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy using data-driven insights and advanced forecasting techniques.
Cross Functional Alignment
Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.Support cross-functional initiatives such as annual planning, product launches, and pricing strategy execution.Act as a liaison to ensure consistent communication, prioritization, and execution of revenue-related initiatives.
Process Optimization & Enablement
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline sales processes and improve rep productivity.Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs in partnership with enablement teams.Drive adoption of best practices in sales methodology, systems usage, and reporting hygiene.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operational roles.Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel).Salesforce Certified Administrator a plusExperience with SQL is a plusProven ability to lead strategic initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across functions.Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into insights.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Benefits and Perks:The big-picture value proposition of this role is simple: join us, and you'll be paid competitively to have freedom in solving worthwhile, challenging problems alongside other A-players at a fast growing SaaS startup led by an experienced and successful co-founding team with industry experience.
