About the Role
We are looking to expand our marketing team with a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager. This person will contribute to the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital and paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM). Responsibilities
- Digital Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across major ad platforms.
- Paid Social Management: Lead the strategy and execution of paid social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit, focusing on targeting specific accounts and personas in alignment with our ABM strategy.
- Collaboration on Ad Creation: Partner with the creative team to collaborate on ABM-ad concepts and visuals, ensuring alignment with audience needs and brand messaging.
- Audience Creation & Segmentation: Leverage ABM data insights to create and refine audience segments, ensuring campaigns are targeted for maximum impact and relevance.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data-driven decisions, and key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CVR.
- ABM Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute and optimize ABM campaigns aimed at high-value accounts, tailoring messaging and targeting to specific customer needs.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid digital and social campaigns
- Extensive experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tools, and execution
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit. StackAdapt and X are a plus.
- Proven experience in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimizing for performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity marketing is a plus but not required

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
