The Position

PCNA is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Promotional Products Industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a hunter profile to join our team. If you have a passion for driving revenue growth, establishing new client relationships, and exceeding sales targets, we want you on our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative at PCNA, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target enterprise-level clients with strategic growth potential.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
  • Presentation: Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, high school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of prior related work experience

Residency Requirements: 

Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Utah
