Job description

As an office work and operations agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity. You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Maintains and manages various systems or databases related to his or her activity sector, and makes updates

  • Integrates, processes and manages information and data in the appropriate system (compiles, verifies and enters data and information, makes changes and updates, etc.), compiles and produces the information requested

  • Conducts research, verifies accuracy and makes any necessary corrections

  • Helps develop and improve operating and technical processes related to data management

  • Contacts various stakeholders (clients, network partners, suppliers, etc.) to obtain or validate information, and answers their questions, as necessary
