Job Description

Duties:                    Perform requirements gathering, Process evaluations and re-engineering, System design, Prototyping, Configuring, Testing, Training and Sustaining of SAP S4 Act as an extension to the Supply chain & Manufacturing operations organization and continue to gain thorough understanding of the current ‘As is’ environment,  processes, challenges/gaps and requirements. Translate business requirements accurately into high-quality System requirement specifications, Process workflow diagrams, and design, configure and test the changes made. Define ideal and practical business system solutions while driving standardization within the Planning and Manufacturing domains. Actively engage in the business transformation efforts by understanding the business vision and translating that to a supportable and efficient systems roadmap/implementation plan. Provide support with standardizing, cleansing, mapping, translating, and migrating the data over to SAP S4 from legacy ERP. Troubleshoot any issues or problems and offer system/process solutions. Assist with user acceptance testing for implementation and enhancements. Provide support in enhancing/building/sustaining new integrations and workflow processes with other systems like SAP APO, ABAP, ECC, Agile, HPQC, 3PL etc. Act as a liaison between business and SAP and maintain IT business systems integrity by performing the necessary release upgrades. Be the IT SME and go-to person for the Supply chain and Manufacturing Operations in providing support related to SAP S4 modules. Use Agile methodology to gather, prioritize, and deliver on agreed upon requirements and timeline. Responsible for QA test activities including construction of test plans/scripts, creating unit test cases (UTC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Unit test plans (UTP) consisting of risks, assumptions, timelines and dependencies of the projects divided into various platforms. Advocate for and influence the business stakeholders on using standard SAP out of the box functionality wherever applicable. Perform periodic documentation updates/conduct refresher trainings to the super users on recent changes made. Roll-out the changes/projects into Production system following the IT Change Control processes and framework.      

Special Requirements:          Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

Analyzing the business process, requirements gathering, designing and architecting technical solutions based on business/functional requirements and creating technical & Functional specification documents with HLDs and DLDs. Prepare the As-is & To Be business blue print documents based on requirements using business team interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, Use Cases, business analysis and work flow analysis. Developing new SAP objects and programs in SAP R/3, ECC, QC by customizing and enhancing existing objects by writing code and configuring them as per business requirements. Defect analysis, bug fixing and code optimization as per industry standards, reviewing technical designs, Study existing business process/architecture and develop Proof of Concepts POCs for process optimization and automations, coordinating with cross functional teams and status meeting with client, liaising with business and technical team, onsite/offshore coordination and status communication to the leadership. Involved in performing QA test activities including construction of test plans/scripts, validation of results, creating unit test cases (UTC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Unit test plans (UTP) consisting of risks, assumptions, timelines and dependencies of the projects divided into various platforms. Developing automated test scripts, mass upload of the data during cutover activities, heightened alter and proactive support during Go-Live. Ensuring QA procedures are being implemented appropriately before start of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing). Providing pre/post implementation data analysis and reporting by creating reports and configuring package solution to unique business requirements. Evaluating business processes for efficiency, usability and replacement. Analyzing risks and identifying areas of improvement using business process flows. Recommending modifications to the project scope throughout the project life cycle based on the project status and business issues arising during the project. Responsible for end-to-end implementation & Production support Project by using Agile methodology. Expertise in identifying and analyzing Business Merging Strategies data management, transformation data for Merging and Acquisition the Gap analysis, cost analysis and implementation and for proposal submissions.

Education:            Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Technology or related field (e.g. Textile Technology)

Experience:          5 years of progressive experience in job offered or related occupation.

Salary:                  $164,000 - $191,000 / year
