Position Summary

Job Functions:

  • Manage ongoing roadmap discussions on architecture and features of current Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Performance, leave and Absence modules.
  • Continually work with stakeholder users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  • Facilitates system enhancements by assessing requests, scoping requirements, potential solutions, and executing the delivery and documentation of agreed-upon solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on industry standards to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes. Develop and implement solutions.
  • Design and implement requirements in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Leave and Absence solutions.
  • Ability to autonomously lead Functional work stream through all project phases.

Qualifications

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
  • Should have minimum 7-10 Years of Workday Configuration and support experience.
  • Should have good understanding on Workday Integration workstream.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with internal customers to ensure a high level of customer service and relationship building.
