What We Do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for institutional ecosystem launches — including RWA platforms, and fintech applications

  • Develop co-marketing playbooks and campaign briefs tailored to partner needs while staying within regulatory boundaries

  • Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that showcases Solana’s technical performance and ecosystem maturity

  • Enable partners with collateral, ecosystem stats, media support, and intros to complementary projects

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, legal, comms, and technical teams to align on strategy and execution
    Measure the impact of each launch and refine GTM approaches based on data and results

The Opportunity

Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven full-time Institutional Partner Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with high-profile institutional partners to bring new products and integrations to market.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, service-oriented and business-minded individual who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on efficiencies between Solana Foundation and our partners. You will help us with strategic growth plans and executions to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness.

To be successful in this role

You ideally have: 

  • Experience at a Fintech, Payments or Financial Services company

  • Led the launch of new products or features by working across Product, Marketing, BD and Comms

  • A strong grasp of how to operate within regulated markets while delivering engaging, compliant messaging

  • A detail-oriented and strategic mindset, with a bias toward action and iteration

Bonus points:

  • Loves to play games, read comic books and/or create content

  • Experience in Crypto personally or professionally

A track record of building brand trust in new or emerging markets
