Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, service features, and subscription options.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer concerns.
  • Educate customers on service features, updates, and promotional offers to maximize user satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription or SaaS industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
