We are currently hiring Provider Relations Associates for a 3-month contract to help grow and manage our provider network in the north central region of Nigeria.

  • Identify, engage, and onboard healthcare providers in assigned region.
  • Negotiate tariffs and contracts with providers, ensuring alignment with Reliance Health’s standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Reliance Health and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure provider satisfaction and compliance with agreements.
  • Ensure providers submit accurate documentation (licenses, tariffs, service lists) and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date provider records in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to improve provider processes and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in HMO operations, provider relations, sales, or customer success in healthcare.
  • Candidate must be based in any of these North central states: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
  • Familiarity with health insurance processes (tariff negotiation, claims, provider onboarding) is a must.
  • Fluent in Hausa (verbal/written) to engage local providers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., dashboards, basic functions) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
