Our client is a rapidly growing startup offering an innovative platform that enables global customers to shop and pay on US-only online stores with worldwide shipping to their door. With cutting-edge technology and a customer-focused approach, the company has successfully expanded internationally and is looking for a hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to drive its marketing efforts to the next level.

About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company’s marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll be key in growing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and boosting market share through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of creating impactful regional and global marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead e-commerce marketing initiatives to optimize online sales channels and improve global brand presence.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and foster customer interactions across digital platforms.
  • Oversee online advertising (PPC, display, and social media) to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to drive traffic, improve rankings, and boost customer engagement.
  • Analyze website and user data to continuously enhance the user experience and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and automation for customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team while collaborating with external partners and agencies to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in international or global online business or brand management.
  • Proven leadership in senior marketing roles, especially in e-commerce or B2C services (inhouse role is preferred).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
