In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, leading cross-functional project teams while also diving into hands-on execution. Your work will be instrumental in driving scalable, efficient international growth, helping Bluebeam thrive as a truly global company.

 

About the Role: 

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in key stakeholder workflows and deliverables to advise and implement internationalization strategies effectively.
  • Prepare global teams for new market launches by identifying requirements, refining processes, documenting risks, and setting clear expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the internationalization roadmap, ensuring seamless follow-ups and handoffs.
  • Define and document market tiers, investment recommendations, and strategic approaches to support global planning.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges or blockers faced by functional and local teams, implementing scalable solutions.
  • Champion international markets in every interaction, ensuring global growth remains a core focus.
  • Track progress on all internationalization initiatives, set measurable milestones and develop actionable plans.
  • Challenge the status quo by refining systems, processes, and responsibilities to drive scalability and efficiency.

 

About You: 

  • A well-established senior-level background in consulting, business development, strategy, or a similar role, with a strong focus on optimizing business operations for growth.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including the Atlassian Suite (Confluence/JIRA) or Asana.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Proven track record of driving successful business outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities with urgency and efficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a resourceful mindset to navigate challenges proactively.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $108,900 - $136,000
