ICP Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing execution for our roofing product lines at ICP. This role is responsible for elevating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns. But what sets this position apart? Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to support the growth and positioning of roofing products in residential and commercial markets.
Design and produce creative assets across channels, including product packaging, social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, brochures, and trade show graphics.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Channel teams to understand market needs and ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Work with our Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage the monthly social media calendar, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content.
Partner with our Trade Show Manager to design trade show booths, promotional items, and onsite brand experiences.
Lead the development of brand messaging, content, and campaigns that reflect the brand voice and highlight product value.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders on advertising, public relations, white papers, and thought leadership articles.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
Analyze marketing performance through KPIs and metrics; implement A/B testing and continuous improvement tactics.
Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies with branding, packaging input, and promotional planning.
Serve as a hands-on brand steward, ensuring visual identity and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in brand or product marketing, including at least 2 years in the building materials or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of contractor, distributor, and builder audiences.
Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
Demonstrated design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience supporting sales and distribution partners with co-branded materials and tailored campaigns.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn), and analytics platforms.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits, trade shows, and sales meetings.
