Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Epic Lumens Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows and hands-on experience building and optimizing the Epic Lumens module.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Lumens module to support gastroenterology and endoscopy clinical workflows.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.

  • Support new implementations, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts for the Lumens application.

  • Deliver user training, support documentation, and go-live support for clinical teams.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolution in a timely manner.

  • Participate in cross-functional project planning, stakeholder meetings, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in Epic Lumens is required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare, science, or business-related field.

    • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of relevant professional experience will be considered.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic clinical applications, with at least 1-2 years specifically in Epic Lumens.

  • Strong understanding of endoscopy/GI workflows, clinical informatics, and data management.

  • Proven ability to implement, configure, and support Epic systems within a large healthcare organization.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification highly preferred
