Job Description
As a Billing Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the accounting and administrative functions of the law firm. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining billing records with precision and professionalism. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities
Prepare and generate accurate client invoices based on case activity and time entries
Monitor billing deadlines and ensure timely invoice submissions

Update and maintain billing databases and spreadsheets

Requirements
Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a related administrative role
