Spearhead the organization and processing of two years of historical financial records
Design and implement efficient bookkeeping processes using modern tools and best practices
Transform existing Excel-based records into a comprehensive bookkeeping system
Manage client invoicing through QuickBooks, expanding its utilization for full financial tracking
Create and deliver clear financial reports and updates
Establish systematic approaches for receipt management and expense tracking
Develop and document procedures for ongoing financial maintenance
Provide strategic recommendations for financial process improvements
Maintain proactive communication regarding documentation needs and financial queries
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Demonstrated experience in financial record organization and management
Proven ability to create and implement bookkeeping processes
Excellence in written and verbal English communication
Strong background in tax preparation requirements and financial compliance
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience working in a remote environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with financial information
Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset
