We are seeking a field marketing manager to strengthen our marketing activities in the Latin American market.

Join Bizzdesign as a Field Marketing Manager


With activities in the USA, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Europe, you will work in a multicultural and international environment and be part of a leading dynamic software company!


Reporting to the LATAM Managing Director and to the Demand Generation Director, the field marketing manager will be responsible for supporting our market growth in Latin America and strengthening our presence in the region.


Following both corporate and local strategies, the field marketing manager will drive programs (including digital and physical events, content creation, inbound, ABM and outbound campaigns, partners activities etc.) designed to deliver pipeline and develop the brand awareness and positioning.


What will you do?


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and budget to support the growth of the LATAM market and reinforce customers and partners relationship. Identify new growth opportunities and support new market development.
  • Plan and execute integrated programs across diverse channels, including event management, content localization, target optimization and performance tracking.
  • Foster a strong collaboration with the sales team (BDRs and AEs) to enhance pipeline generation and recommend tailored marketing support, including ABM initiatives, outbound strategies, and content development.
  • Improve our digital presence through social media, employee advocacy or public relations.
  • Continuously measure and analyze results of marketing programs implemented to effectively support the sales and the brand visibility.


What are we looking for?


  • Master’s degree in marketing/communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for B2B companies.
  • Experienced with CRM, marketing automation tools, web/social media platforms and web techniques.
  • Good project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiatives and measure results in a challenging environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, creativity, organization, proactivity, autonomy.+ Strategic thinking, result-driven
  • Native Spanish speaker with strong written skills. Fluent in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the IT industry would be ideal.
