We are currently searching for a Remote ERP HCM Lead:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll-related requirements.
  • Design effective system solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ecosystem.
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive system design specifications.
  • Guide and support payroll teams on system functionality and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of system designs in collaboration with development teams.
  • Create and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Ensure timely support and delivery of payroll system enhancements.
  • Work independently and within a team to meet delivery timelines in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong skills in system design, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong team orientation, reliability, and adaptability.

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
