We are currently searching for a Remote ERP HCM Lead:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll-related requirements.
Design effective system solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ecosystem.
Translate business needs into comprehensive system design specifications.
Guide and support payroll teams on system functionality and best practices.
Oversee the implementation of system designs in collaboration with development teams.
Create and deliver training materials to end-users.
Ensure timely support and delivery of payroll system enhancements.
Work independently and within a team to meet delivery timelines in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Strong skills in system design, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong team orientation, reliability, and adaptability.

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
