It’s a difference you’ve likely felt without even knowing it. From the food on your plate to the gas in your car to the last flight you took, chances are a DTN customer made it possible. And that’s just for starters. That’s why we say, “When our customers prosper, we all win.”

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to play a pivotal role in building DTN’s Program Management Office (PgMO) and driving the successful delivery of cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, robust governance, and efficient resource utilization. You’ll collaborate closely with product, business, and technology stakeholders to embed best practices, mitigate risks, and accelerate outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Design and lead outcome-focused programs that align to DTN’s strategic priorities, tracking performance, financials, risks, and dependencies

  • Coordinate projects within programs by ensuring governance is in place, interdependencies are managed, and blockers are addressed

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, reporting, and program plans; ensure visibility across leadership and teams

  • Champion PgMO best practices, scalable governance models, and continuous improvement frameworks across the portfolio

  • Collaborate with business units to define requirements and support demand management

  • Monitor benefits realization, track KPIs/KRIs, and ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints

  • Partner with internal IT, product teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and progress

  • Provide program updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive sponsors

  • Ensure smooth transitions from program delivery to operational ownership, including clear documentation and handoffs

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Proven success leading complex programs and change initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment

  • Strong experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and external partners

  • Expertise in portfolio/program management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet) and methodologies

  • Ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences and make data-driven decisions

  • Exceptional organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement

  • Strong influencing skills and comfort navigating ambiguity

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and leading challenging conversations

  • Analytical, team-oriented, and motivated by delivering meaningful business outcomes

What You Can Expect From DTN:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Flexible working hours

  • Remote work model (position dependent)

  • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

  • 6% 401K matching

  • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
