Role: India Sales Leader - Life Science
Years Of Experience: 10+ Years
Work location: Remote (Hyderabad)
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead CXO-level meetings to drive strategic business engagements in life sciences, biotech, and med-tech sectors.
Acquire new clients through technical sales, lead generation, solutioning, and capturing customer requirements.
Oversee marketing programs (campaigns, conferences, roadshows) to enhance brand positioning.
Manage demand generation, customer relationships, and competition tracking.
Handle forecasting, billing, MIS, CRM, reports, and budget/FC tracking.
Develop account plans, proposals, presentations, and manage customer events.
Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams for account expansion.
Skills Required -
7+ years in key account management or similar roles in IT services/consultancy (mandatory).
10+ years of experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical clients in IT services/consultancy (mandatory).
Proven experience in sales within the Indian market (required).
Exposure to GCC or global markets (preferred).
Expertise in technical sales, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Deep knowledge of life sciences industry and compliance.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in forecasting, account tracking, and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
