Role: India Sales Leader - Life Science

Years Of Experience: 10+ Years

Work location: Remote (Hyderabad)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead CXO-level meetings to drive strategic business engagements in life sciences, biotech, and med-tech sectors.

  • Acquire new clients through technical sales, lead generation, solutioning, and capturing customer requirements.

  • Oversee marketing programs (campaigns, conferences, roadshows) to enhance brand positioning.

  • Manage demand generation, customer relationships, and competition tracking.

  • Handle forecasting, billing, MIS, CRM, reports, and budget/FC tracking.

  • Develop account plans, proposals, presentations, and manage customer events.

  • Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams for account expansion.

Skills Required -

  • 7+ years in key account management or similar roles in IT services/consultancy (mandatory).

  • 10+ years of experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical clients in IT services/consultancy (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in sales within the Indian market (required).

  • Exposure to GCC or global markets (preferred).

  • Expertise in technical sales, cloud, data, and AI solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of life sciences industry and compliance.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in forecasting, account tracking, and relationship-building across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
