As an Associate – Remote Channel, you will play a critical role in scaling one of Vahan’s fastest-growing channels. You will lead a team of 5-6 Account Managers, drive monthly placement growth, and build long-term relationships with remote Vendor Leaders (VLs). This role combines people management, relationship building, and strong operational execution.
You’ll be responsible for unlocking exponential growth in the remote channel through new initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 in-office Account Managers (AMs), ensuring high performance in daily operations.
Placement Growth: Own month-on-month growth in placements across multiple client accounts by leveraging and expanding the remote channel.
VL Development: Scale the capacity and capabilities of remote Vendor Leaders (VLs) through structured engagement and support.
Channel Innovation: Identify and execute new initiatives to unlock exponential growth opportunities within the remote channel.
Vendor Relations: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with your vendors to drive trust, retention, and performance.
Issue Resolution: Guide the team in resolving issues faced by VLs and remove roadblocks that affect placements or payouts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to solve for VL payouts, technical issues, and client-related escalations.
Culture Building: Champion a sales-driven culture within your team and help AMs build stronger connections with VLs.
Have 2–4 years of experience leading telesales/account management teams in high-growth environments like Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, OYO, Pristyn Care, Urban Company, etc.
Possess strong data skills — you're comfortable working with dashboards and tracking metrics to drive performance.
Are experienced in resolving escalations with speed and empathy.
Have a track record of building and nurturing long-term customer or vendor relationships.
Are passionate about driving results through your team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Are fluent in Hindi — this is essential to communicate effectively with your vendors and team members.
