Successfully perform all of the normal duties of a Zone Business Manager.
Demonstrate proven and sustained leadership and influence among peers and colleagues.
Achieve bookings quota two of the three most recent fiscal years.
Demonstrate excellence in presentation skills, negotiations, problem-solving, team building, and overall communications.
Initiate sales, industry, and product knowledge development among peers. Develop others by acting as a mentor.
On own initiative, keep executive management apprised of budget status and business issues along with potential solutions to those issues.
Display high standards of ethical conduct.
Play a key role in the introduction of new products in the field. Evaluate strategic product placement, promotional programs, site visit planning, and other introductory phases of new products or product upgrades.
Provide a leadership role at trade shows.
Provide effective resolution to problems affecting the close of sales opportunities.
Develop and deliver effective modality training for Account Executives as well as other members of the business team.

Demonstrate proven track record performing the Senior Zone Business Manager Essential Responsibilities at CMSU, or in a previous sales role at time of hire.
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Canon's business, products, customers, strategies, operations, and vision.
A valid and current state driverâs license is required.
Employee may lose the senior classification if performance falls below the Essential Responsibilities standard two consecutive years.
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
7 years prior sales experience within the medical imaging field or related field.
Locations to reside: Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Boise, ID or Salt Lake City, UT are acceptable.
Pay is $95K base salary plus incentive.
