Position Overview: We are seeking a technical Senior Business Analyst – PSA Platform to implement and manage Compugen’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Kantata SX. This role will act as the platform owner and subject matter expert focusing on optimizing project delivery, resource allocation, and financial management, while driving process improvements.

Reporting to the Program Management Office (PMO) Operations Manager, you will develop and maintain our Kantata SX implementation methodology, develop tools and reporting templates, and streamline processes to ensure effective and profitable Professional Services delivery. This role will collaborate with the Professional Services team to support project practitioners, operations teams, and the Resource Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kantata SX platform owner, identify best practices in Professional Services to optimize customer experience and stakeholder compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maximize the benefit of Professional Services Automation and lead the implementation of Kantata SX utilizing communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to prototype solutions and related processes, facilitating effective change within Professional Services.
  • Gather business and user requirements through workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, and other methods to accurately understand client needs. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Maintain and improve organization-wide service delivery by identifying, analyzing, and validating business needs of client departments.
  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge and skill in business analysis, continuous improvement and existing/emerging technologies to determine and provide optimal business and technical options and recommendations.
  • Participate with other reporting functions to align the Platform Reporting Role with other reporting engines utilized.


Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PSA platform administration and configuration.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT or equivalent technical and operational management, including design, architecture, and technical competence in complex technology environments.
  • An engineering mindset and strong skills in process and methodology development, optimization, and documentation.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
