For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Solid understanding of Agile methods
Strong experience with test automation tools (Gherkin, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Hands-on coding skills (JavaScript, etc.) and knowledge of SQL and APIs (Postman)

Great interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A strong commitment to improving service quality and processes
Comfortable communicating in English — bonus points if you can follow a basic conversation in French
