Job description

Nuix is on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose.

We are a leading provider of investigative analytics and intelligence software. We empower our customers to be a 'Force for Good' by finding truth in the digital world. Our cutting-edge software is trusted by law enforcement, legal firms, and corporations to transform vast amounts of unstructured data into actionable insights with speed, scalability, and forensic accuracy.

This extends to our People. We're fiercely passionate, love working at pace, thrive in ambiguity, live, and breathe outside of the box, and above all, are good humans.

We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly organised People Operations Specialist to join our small but dedicated People Operations team, currently a team of two, supporting our Global People & Culture (P&C) function.

This is a 100% remote role based in the Philippines, working within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at a growing ASX-listed tech company.

You'll be supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple global regions, with a strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building efficient processes, and is excited about delivering seamless, people-first experiences.

While this is a remote role, candidates must reside within 25km of downtown Manila to accommodate regular in-person team sessions. You'll be joining a close-knit, global People & Culture team, contributing to a collaborative, high-impact environment built on support and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including HRBPs, Function Leaders, Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Finance, to support smooth employee transitions and maintain data accuracy.
  • Administer background checks and coordinate the assignment of mandatory compliance training.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data (HiBob) in a timely manner, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for people operations queries, delivering responsive, solutions-focused support.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, best-in-class workflows and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.
  • Act as the go-to contact for audits related to people data, ensuring readiness and compliance in all required documentation and processes.
  • Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle changes, including preparing and issuing documentation and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster policy compliance while championing an employee-centric approach.
  • Actively participate in team huddles, planning sessions, and occasional in-person events or conferences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Comfortable working in a lean team environment where ownership, collaboration, and initiative are key.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and are quick to build structure.
  • A natural problem-solver who's detail-oriented and passionate about creating great employee experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
  • Experience using HR systems such as Rippling, Hi Bob, BambooHR, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Join a small but mighty People Operations team that is making a big impact across a global workforce.
  • Enjoy full remote flexibility while staying closely connected to an inclusive, collaborative team.
  • Help shape scalable, people-focused processes that support teams across multiple regions.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including HMO coverage (Health Maintenance Organization), 13th-month pay, and paid leaves (sick, vacation, well-being days).
  • Access to learning and development programs to enhance your career and professional growth.
