HiCareer is hiring a Junior Data Analyst on behalf of our client – a fast-growing European company building digital tools that support better focus, workflows, and everyday productivity. If you're analytical, detail-driven, and love digging into data to discover insights – this could be your ideal first or second step in your career.

The company builds modern productivity and planning tools used by professionals across Europe. With ~70 people on the team, they operate from hubs like Amsterdam, Berlin, and Copenhagen — but you can work from anywhere in a CET time zone.

🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll work as part of the Data & Insights team (currently 4 people), helping analyze how users interact with the platform and uncover ideas for improvement.

• Track and report on product usage and engagement metrics
• Create dashboards and visualizations for internal teams
• Help run A/B tests and analyze experiments
• Support customer research and feedback analysis
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing

Tech/Tools: SQL, Google Sheets, Looker or Metabase, Notion, Figma

• Recently started your data/analytics career or switching from a more technical role
• Strong in Excel/Sheets and familiar with SQL basics
• Curious mindset, always asking “why?”
• Enjoy translating numbers into stories
• Bonus: experience in product analytics, marketing, or SaaS
