Job Description

You will lead the technical delivery of innovative network solutions, ensuring optimal performance in the evolving telecommunications landscape. Your role is critical in driving successful implementation of SSP (SDM, Signaling and Policies) products network deliveries, directly supporting Nokia's mission to connect the world through technology. By managing cross-functional teams, negotiating with stakeholders, and addressing technical challenges, you will facilitate seamless service delivery that enhances customer experiences and helps shape the future of connectivity. Your expertise will enable Nokia to remain a leader in delivering cutting-edge communication solutions globally.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Drive technical delivery strategy for NPC/PCRF/PCF projects mainly and also having experience in SDM and Signaling products, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Negotiate project terms, scope, and deadlines with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and commitments.
  • Oversee and coordinate central and local technical delivery in collaboration with Project Managers and Program Directors.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for domain product and delivery issues, ensuring swift resolution of technical challenges.
  • Support milestone acceptance certification, care handover, and project closure while engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and produce monthly business reviews, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of mentorship and collaboration, leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize systems.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, services, or care delivery
  • Technical background in NPC/PCRF/PCF products , SDM and Signaling products background is also value added to this role
  • Practical knowledge of SSP solutions with management experience in SSP network deliveries
  • Strong mentorship and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with Nokia’s SDM , Signaling and Policy products
  • Understanding of cost control and budgeting within financial constraints
  • Adaptability to new technologies and evolving client requirements
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and integration
