As a manager of accounting on the Commercial Lines Finance & Data Analyst team, you’ll lead accounting functions and accounts receivable to ensure timely, accurate accounting and financial reporting that complies with accepted accounting principles and regulations. You’ll manage a team of accountants and supervisors while balancing your own portfolio of work. You’ll also work closely with leadership and peer groups through team integrations and business optimization. Additionally, you’ll act as a coach and advisor across the team.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and a minimum of 6 years of accounting work experience, with at least 4 years in corporate or public accounting, and at least 2 years leadership experience (e.g., managerial role).

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in an accounting or finance role including the ability to motivate, coach and develop professional staff
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable
  • Comfortable leading change management including process integration
  • Excellent organization skills including prioritization and planning to drive process control effectiveness

Compensation

  • $95,800 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
