Role Overview:


Altrata is a leading B2B SaaS company that delivers people intelligence to companies all over the world.


As we continue to evolve and grow our brand, we are experiencing higher demand for multi-modal marketing content and collateral and are seeking a Marketing Traffic Coordinator/ Content Writer to round out the marketing function. This individual is an early career professional within a marketing department who oversees the smooth flow of marketing projects, ensuring programs are prioritized effectively, executed on time, and aligned with strategic goals by managing workflows, tracking progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and coordinating communication across multiple teams to maintain operational efficiency.


In addition, this role will support both the Product Marketing and Growth Marketing organizations working in concert with senior content writers and marketers to develop short-form written and visual content, such as internal communications, blog posts, social posts and website content.


Key Responsibilities:


· Traffic Coordination:

· Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, creative assets, and key decision points.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams like creative, design, content, and growth marketing to ensure seamless project handoffs.

· Serve as primary owner of master marketing calendar, incorporating any new communication requests within appropriate timing.


· Project Management:

· Manage the communication request intake process and deliver running documentation of all communications in flight.

· Assess requests for level of effort and route to appropriate marketing team member(s).

· For simple or standardized communication requests, develop first draft of content and review with key stakeholder(s) for feedback.

· Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain smooth workflow.


· Content Development:

· Writing content for websites, blogs, and press releases

· Optimizing content for search engines

· Creating content that's relevant to a target audience

· Writing persuasive content to encourage readers to take action


· Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure communication performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Generate quarterly reporting and develop recommendations for process updates as

needed.

· Communication and Collaboration:

· Facilitate clear and timely communication between marketing teams and internal stakeholders.

· Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


· Experience:

· 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations or traffic coordinator role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

· Skills· Writing: Grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing skills

· Research: Market research and research skills

· SEO: Understanding how to use keywords to improve search engine rankings

· Adaptability: Keeping up with trends and adapting techniques

· Editing: Creating high-quality, engaging content

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft collaboration/communication tools.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

· Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
