Program Manager, Global Crisis Management (Remote)

Global Crisis Management is a virtual team with members in 3 regions of the world. All staff are home-based.
This role encompasses both the execution of Crisis Management and the conceptual work to maintain, optimize, and enhance a best-in-class Crisis Management service offer for our clients.
During the execution of Crisis Management, the holder of this position will be on Global watch shifts monitoring the world for any incidents that have impacts on business travel and will determine and execute both pre-defined action plans but also ad-hoc reactions to the crisis. This can happen both day and night and also on holidays and weekends.
On the conceptual side of the role, the holder will be responsible for recurrent tasks, run projects and sub-projects, deliver and implement concepts to optimize and enhance the service offering.
The holder will also interact as an SME with account managers, sales managers, and clients to support the setup of the client Travel Risk Management programs.
The role includes communication with many cultures on all levels of the company from agents to executives.

You have a business travel industry background and work experience
Reporting experience (read/understand/interpret)
You have facilitated workshops/groups/conference calls
Experience in a management position
Project management experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
