We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team, helping us enhance customer satisfaction through outstanding service. This is a fully remote position, with a focus on customer service, sales, and support in key markets. We are particularly interested in candidates familiar with the Cleveland, Houston, or New Orleans areas, as regional knowledge can strengthen our customer relationships.
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term customer relationships. This role requires strategic planning, team development, and direct involvement in high-value sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales goals and monitor team performance to meet or exceed targets.
Manage and support both inside sales (virtual sales team handling remote customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups) and outside sales (field representatives engaging with customers in person to drive growth).
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between inside and outside sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in chemical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to manage both inside and outside sales teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Experience in the chemical industry is required.
