Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist, Inside Sales to join our team in Morocco

In this position you will play a vital role in in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services by focusing on account management of a dedicated portfolio of distributors and execution of eCommerce, Sales and Marketing activities in Middle East & African markets.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams (Field Sales team, Marketing team, Customer Service and other teams), and reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage portfolio of distributors/partners and grow the revenue.
  • Formulate sales/win plans and objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis and execute them within the region.
  • Achieve Marketing and Sales campaigns and ensure that marketing activities are followed up in the field.
  • Build effective relationships with segmented customers by maintaining regular contact and have a solid understanding of the customers’ business needs.
  • Manage the CRM database to ensure customer data accuracy. 
  • Ensure that all sales business is conducted within relevant legislation, defined trading terms and in accordance with company policy and ethical standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the market and in distribution channels and develop appropriate strategies to deal with the situation in conjunction with sales leaders.
  • Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Give commercial support to the sales team to manage the territories effectively.
  • Support GSC (Global Supply Chain) to optimize the stocks by selling Excess and Obsolete stocks (E&O)
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of Ansell’s products and services.


What will you bring to Ansell? 

  • Demonstrated experience in sales/ commercial functions (in an international environment is a plus)
  • Proven record of engaging in business-to-business selling
  • Know-how to use business management systems (SAP/CRM) & MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook etc)
  • Excellent telephone & written skills to communicate by phone/ email  
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving skills with ability to concentrate on tasks and work effectively in the high pressure & deadline oriented environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, French & Arabic (spoken & written)
